Bring Boardmaker activities to life and make the computer a student-learning tool with Boardmaker Plus! software. Featuring more than 4,500 Picture Communication Symbols (PCS) in both colour and black-and-white, all in 42 languages, Boardmaker Plus! is a drawing program combined with a graphics database that also has the ability to talk and play recorded sounds and movies. This interactive component allows users to create talking activity boards, worksheets, schedules, books, writing activities, games and more, and adapt all materials to each student.

Boardmaker Plus! is the ideal tool for creating symbol-based print and interactive materials such as inclusion and functional living skills activities for special education students, visual schedules, positive behaviour supports and social skills stories for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, talking lessons for language development, books and symbol-supported literacy activities for beginning and pre-readers, as well as song and story boards for pre-schoolers. And that’s just the beginning! Add more symbols to the core library, or add digital images or other graphics, and the activity possibilities never end!
